2.2 Prices are subject to change until full payment has been made due to exchange rate fluctuations, supplier changes, or changes in government fees or taxes.
2.3 Payments can be made through various methods, including credit card, debit card, or bank transfer.
Sunrise Tours & Travel is not responsible for any transaction fees imposed by payment processors or
financial institutions.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
3.1 Cancellations must be made in writing via email or through the Sunrise Tours & Travel online portal.
3.2 Cancellation fees may apply depending on the time of cancellation and the policies of third-party providers (airlines, hotels, etc.). Specific cancellation terms will be detailed in your booking confirmation.
3.3 Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 30 business days, subject to supplier policies. Any non-refundable deposits or service fees will not be refunded.
4. Changes & Modifications
4.1 Any changes to your booking, including changes in travel dates, names, or services, must be requested in writing.

4.3 Changes after ticket issuance may result in higher change fees or additional conditions.
5. Travel Documents
5.1 It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure that all required travel documents (passports, visas, vaccination certificates) are valid and meet the requirements of the destination country.
5.2 Sunrise Tours & Travel will provide assistance in visa applications where necessary but is not responsible for any delays, denials, or other issues related to visa applications or travel document processing.
6. Travel Insurance
6.1 Sunrise Tours & Travel strongly recommends that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance to cover trip cancellations, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and other unexpected situations.
6.2 It is the traveler’s responsibility to ensure they have adequate insurance for their trip. Sunrise Tours & Travel will not be held liable for any losses incurred due to insufficient or lack of insurance coverage.
7. Liability
7.1 Sunrise Tours & Travel acts only as an intermediary between you and third-party service providers (hotels, airlines, car rentals, tour operators). Therefore, we are not responsible for any injury, loss, damage, or delay arising from any act or omission by these suppliers.
7.2 Sunrise Tours & Travel is not responsible for any travel disruptions, cancellations, or delays caused by force majeure events, including but not limited to natural disasters, political unrest, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances.
8. Health & Safety
8.1 Travelers are responsible for ensuring they are physically and medically fit to travel. Any pre-existing health conditions must be disclosed prior to booking.
8.2 Sunrise Tours & Travel is not liable for any health issues that arise during or as a result of your travel.
9. Behavior & Conduct
9.1 Travelers are expected to behave in a respectful and responsible manner while on tours.
9.2 Any illegal, disruptive, or disrespectful behavior may result in the termination of the traveler’s participation in the tour without any refund, and the traveler may be responsible for any additional costs
incurred as a result.
10. Privacy & Data Protection
10.1 Sunrise Tours & Travel respects your privacy and will handle your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Personal information will only be used for the purpose of arranging travelservices and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or for service fulfillment.
